Justin Houghton (Chairman)

Justin Houghton has worked at Veolia's Eco-Precinct (which is the source of funding of the Veolia Mulwaree Trust) for many years, becoming a Veolia Mulwaree Trust Trustee in 2015 and the Trust's Chairman in 2020. Justin is currently the Woodlawn Eco-Precinct Manager and as a resident of Tarago, he remains committed to supporting the hard work of local organisations through the Veolia Mulwaree Trust. 

John Reynolds

John Reynolds is the community representative on the Veolia Mulwaree Trust and has been a Trustee since 2005. John is a lifelong resident of the Tarago area and a former Councillor on Mulwaree Shire Council. A farmer and business operator, John brings to the Trust a wealth of knowledge and experience of the local area.

Andrew Rowlands

Andrew Rowlands is a business owner and farmer who grew up on the family farm near Tarago in rural southern NSW. Andrew commenced his career as an apprentice at the former Woodlawn Mine (now the site of Veolia’s Woodlawn Eco-precinct) and has had a long career in the underground drilling industry. He is a member of several local sport and community groups and became a Veolia Mulwaree Trust Trustee in 2024.

Cr Nina Dillon

Nina Dillon joined the Veolia Mulwaree Trust as a Trustee after being elected as Mayor of Goulburn Mulwaree Council in October 2024. Nina is an accountant and Justice of the Peace with a strong background in community service. Nina’s family has deep local roots, tracing back to a pioneer family that settled in the region in the early 1850s. 

Carmen Loecherer

Carmen Loecherer, Veolia's General Manager Resource Recovery - NSW, joined the Veolia Mulwaree Trust in 2023. Carmen has more than 25 years experience in various senior business roles and is looking forward to contributing to the local community as a Veolia Mulwaree Trust Trustee.

Rebekah Sweeney

Rebekah Sweeney has been a resident of the Windellama area since 2014 and joined Veolia managing the Woodlawn Eco-precinct's Bioreactor and Bioenergy operations in January 2023. Rebekah is a strong advocate for supporting local community organisations and businesses, which in turn builds resilient and supportive communities for the future.

Paul Stephenson OAM (Retired Chairman/Trustee)

Paul Stephenson retired from the position of Chairman and Trustee of the Veolia Mulwaree Trust in December 2014. Paul was instrumental in founding the Veolia Mulwaree Trust during his long career in local government. Paul was the Mayor of Mulwaree Shire Council for 12 years before becoming the Mayor of the newly amalgamated Goulburn Mulwaree Council in 2004, a position he held until his retirement from local government in 2008. Mr Stephenson was awarded an OAM for service to local government and his work in the community through the Veolia Mulwaree Trust. Paul’s contribution to the Trust continues to be greatly missed by his staff, fellow Trustees and the countless community organisations who benefitted from his hard work and vision over the years.
