2025 Veolia Mulwaree Trust Grants and Donations Program

Funding for community projects and scholarships in 2025

The first round of the Veolia Mulwaree Trust community project funding program will open on Monday 20 January with applications closing on Wednesday 19 February 2025

Two funding programs will be available:

  • The donation program for small projects, valued at $1,000 and under; and
  • The grant program, for projects valued at over $1,000.

Donations (for small projects up to $1,000)

Eligible organisations may apply for a Veolia Mulwaree Trust donation of up to $1,000 for small community-based projects by completing the donation application form.


Grants (for community projects over $1,000)


Grant applications may cover a wide range of projects undertaken by not-for-profit community organisations which comply with the​ ​Veolia Mulwaree Trust’s community grants guidelines​.   

Prospective applicants are encouraged to read the Trust’s funding guidelines​ carefully and view the Trust’s recently funded projects as a guide to the types of projects which may be successful. 2025 Veolia Creative Arts Scholarship Program 

The Veolia Mulwaree Trust funds annual scholarships to local creative artists to assist in making or completing a body of work, or to undertake a program of arts study. 

Applications to the 2025 program will be accepted from 20 January to 5 March 2025.


2025 Veolia Mulwaree Trust Academic Scholarships

Residents undertaking tertiary study in 2025 and from one of the seven local government areas supported by the Veolia Mulwaree Trust may be eligible to apply for a Veolia Mulwaree Trust scholarship. Scholarships of up to $3,000 are available to assist students undertaking tertiary education at the following institutions:

To be eligible you need to reside in, or have completed your secondary schooling in one of these local government areas: Goulburn Mulwaree, Upper Lachlan, Oberon, Former Palerang, Wingecarribee, Wollondilly or Shoalhaven.
