Our manufacturing and metal fabrication capability operates from over 20,000 square metres of workshop space across Henderson, Port Hedland, and Bunbury, equipped with overhead cranes and flexible production areas. Our teams work across all major metal types including carbon steel, stainless steel, inconel, CuNi, aluminium, and duplex and super duplex materials, serving mining and resources, oil and gas, minerals processing, and defence and commercial marine industries.

Our Manufacturing & Metal Fabrication Services
Our manufacturing and fabrication capability covers six core disciplines: precision machining for technically demanding components, mechanical fitting and equipment overhaul, structural and heavy fabrication, specialist welding to certified standards, conveyor and pulley manufacture, and accredited inspection and load testing. These services operate as an integrated workshop capability, meaning a component can move from machining through to fitting, welding, surface treatment, and testing without leaving our facilities.
Precision Machining
We have a comprehensive range of machining equipment including top-of-the-range five axis CNC Intergrex machines, lathes and vertical machine centres for precision/volume work and an extensive range of conventional machining facilities. We have the capability to manufacture technically challenging components and high tech casting requirements and the capacity to manage components up to ten tonnes, four metres diameter and ten metres in length. On-site machining services are also available including line boring, flange facing and surface milling operations.

Fabrication
Our extensive fabrication workshops span over 20,000sqm across sites in Henderson, Port Hedland and Bunbury providing excellent access to our services. These facilities are well appointed with overhead cranes and flexible workshop facilities.
We have extensive experience in the fabrication of all metal types including various Stainless Steel grades, Carbon Steel, Structural Steel, inconel, CuNi, Aluminium and exotic materials such as Duplex/Super Duplex materials. We carry out general fabrication and repairs, heavy fabrication for mining and oil & gas, and structural fabrication and have a specialised section for pipe spooling.

Mechanical Fitting
Our team of highly qualified mechanical fitters provide a range of fitting, sub-assembling and assembling services, covering simple to more complex designs. We work to the highest specifications and industry standards whilst our production machinery and measuring instruments guarantee our work to the highest precision.

Conveyors and Pulleys (Manufacture & Overhaul)
Our specialised conveyor and pulley services are built around a strong focus on reliability improvement processes to deliver high performance pulleys and conveyor systems for our clients. Our expertise in conveyors and pulleys includes extensive workshop testing of pulleys on our Pulley Acceptance Testing (PAT) rig, in-situ change outs and alignments of drive gearboxes and electric motors.
Our unique wear management solution for pulleys was developed and pioneered by us and has been adopted by many of our customers in the Mining and Mineral Resources industries with proven results in increasing asset life and reducing costs.
