Tailored Vocational Training
Specifically designed for First Nations people, Future Forward offers a unique and comprehensive 3-month vocational training experience. The program equips individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen vocation, with a focus on diesel mechanics, mechanical fitters, finance, and logistics within Veolia.

Hands-On Learning Approach
Future Forward provides candidates with practical, on-the-job experience, with a 'hands-on' approach that enhances understanding and mastery of their chosen field. By immersing themselves in real-world scenarios and actively applying learned skills, participants develop the confidence required to succeed in their careers.

Ongoing Support & Mentorship
A successful career journey goes beyond training. Future Forward offers ongoing support through mentoring and a kinship network. Participants benefit from experienced mentors who provide valuable insights, advice, and connections. This network fosters a supportive community for ongoing growth and success even after the program.
