Veolia Landsdale Resource Recovery Park
The Landsdale Resource Recovery Park was established in 2014 and is licenced to accept up to 165,000 tonnes of waste and recyclable material each year.
The site operates as one of the major General Waste and Organic Waste transfer stations in the northern metro region of Perth, and bulk-hauls material to the North Bannister Resource Recovery Park either for disposal at our Class III engineered landfill, or for composting at our organics facility where the material is transformed into mature composted products.
The facility accepts and consolidates bulk waste from council verge collections, where it is taken to Veolia's Bibra Lake Resource Recovery Park for processing via the C&I (bulk waste) materials recycling facility.
The site is also home to Veolia's specialist paper and cardboard recycling, and secure document destruction operations. Through the acquisition of Western Recycling in 2007, we have expanded our service offering to provide secure, CCTV-monitored document destruction services. As part of this operation, the site decontaminates, bales, and exports of 1,000 tonnes of white paper and carboard for recycling into new products each month, and provides a public drop-off facility for cardboard recycling.

All visitors to Veolia facilities must observe site safety requirements, including wearing enclosed footwear at all times.
Veolia Environment Report Hotline
Veolia has a dedicated Environment Report Hotline for anyone living, or working, near one of our facilities in New South Wales and Victoria.
The hotline has been set up to receive feedback on environmental matters which are sometimes associated with recycling and waste management facilities – like odours, noise, dust and mud tracking.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your call will always be answered by a real person - not just an automated message - who will enter your feedback and forward it immediately to the staff at the facility. This allows us to take immediate action to determine the cause of any concerns you may have, and gives us the best chance of rectifying the situation quickly.
A Veolia employee will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours with feedback on your report.
