Are any plans provided as part of Veolia’s quality management system?
Yes, at Veolia, staff follow a tailored Quality Safety and Environmental Management Plan (QSEMP), which enables site managers to develop plans specific to both their own sites and client sites.
The QSEMP is project-specific for each client and aligns with Veolia’s overarching Business Management System (BMS), client requirements and relevant legislation and codes of practice.
Are there any regular contract reviews as part of Veolia’s quality management system?
We conduct performance reviews as part of our regular service delivery model.
Veolia records all ratings into our system and uses them to inform future operational planning for greater performance and to enhance the quality assurance framework across our organisation.
