Activities supporting the delivery of Veolia's MBT facility at Woodlawn in New South Wales continue with major processing structures in place including three mega-sized rotating drums. Once operational, the rotating drum technology will be core to effectively separating the organic fraction from other materials found in waste streams received from the municipal sector in Sydney. The process will optimise the quality and quantity of resources recovered such as compost produced by the facility.
