Changes to our holding company Veolia Holdings Australia Pty Ltd
Veolia announced today that we are in the process of undertaking an internal restructure (Transaction).
The Transaction is currently anticipated to occur by 29 September 2023 and will simply result in a newly incorporated investment holding company domiciled in Australia, namely Veolia Holdings Australia Pty Ltd (Veolia Australia).
Veolia Australia will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Veolia. The ultimate parent company and our business and operations will remain exactly the same following completion of the Transaction. This Transaction is upstream from Veolia's Australian operating entities and has no impact on customers, partners, and suppliers of Veolia Water Technologies (Australia) Pty Ltd, Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies (Australia) Pty Ltd and their subsidiaries.
