We understand our customers' time is valuable and they are looking for easier ways to manage their waste services with Veolia. That’s why we are excited to announce the launch of myVeolia - a new dynamic online customer portal designed with our customers in mind.

How to access myVeolia

myVeolia will soon be available to our waste management customers at no cost. Customers will soon receive an email invitation to register for the new portal and details on how to access and navigate the new portal. 

A seamless onboarding experience 

We are committed to providing our customers with the tools you need to manage their waste services efficiently and effectively, all from their preferred device. 

As we are updating our systems, customers will receive a new Bpay reference number and Account number. During this transition period, they may also receive two invoices for the month of the transition - this will be a one-off.
