This plan is for employees who would like to invest a **larger contribution**.  - **Minimum Investment -** At least one share (approx. AUD$32\*) - **Maximum Investment -** 25% of your 2020 gross annual remuneration. - **Discount** - 20% - **Company Match -** No company match - **Dividends reinvested** and increase in the value of the shares in the event of the performance of the Veolia Environnement\*\* share. - **Conditions -** 5 year vesting period. The subscriber will get full market price of the shares/units initially subscribed, with no protection.   *\*Using the rounded exchange rate and share price on 20.08.2020*  *\*\* Veolia Environnement - name listed on the stock exchange* |



### Who is eligible to participate?

You can take part in one or both of these offers if you have a Veolia Australia contract of employment, and **started on or before 10 August 2020**. Already a Veolia shareholder from a previous year? Even if you've already bought shares before, you are still eligible to sign up to either one or both of the 2020 offers.

### How do I sign up?

In early September, you will receive an **email containing your login details** for a website called Natixis, which lets you participate in the share offer online. We'll make sure you have all the information you need on **how to sign up**, so you'll be set for the 7 September launch.
