**Overview**  
For 16 years, we have been providing full scope 3 Waters O&M services to communities in the Queenstown Lakes District. Operating in an international destination of great natural beauty, we deliver a high standard of service in a geographically constrained area with a high peaking population.

**Duration**  
We have provided these services to QLDC since 2008 through contract extensions  
awarded for performance and overall value, as well as through a competitive retender. The current contract is due to expire in June 2027.
